This article describes how to install the ARM version of Kali Linux on a Raspberry Pi.

Recomended using etcher to make the bootable SD card and wait up to 5 minutes on the first boot.
The first boot is slow.If the rpi is not responding, reboot (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and after reboot you go to screen user and password.

Now go to ... Settings > Bluetooth managerEthernet is fine.
Desktop is very responsive but youtube chromium and firefox is slow at 1080p.
Kodi is slow.Not gui accelerated.
Overall performance is very good and is a system very usable.
You can change default password with command...
If you don't like running like root you can create an unpriviliged user.

The rpi4 is working fine on kali linux.
Note:

and adjust overscan and gpu_mem an others parameters like on raspbian.
